Cailee J. Alderman is a partner and certified mediator at Kogut & Wilson who represents clients in all aspects of family and matrimonial law. Her practice is focused on adoption, special immigrant juvenile status, guardianship, divorce, child custody and child support. Cailee has served as a Guardian ad Litem for Chicago adoption cases since 2021 and previously served as Vice Chair and Chair of the CBA Adoption Law Committee. She discusses adoption and family law topics with local organizations and colleges such as the Chicago Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and DePaul University. Cailee is a long-serving advocate for children and families involved in life’s difficult phases.
